Dr. Paul Wehrman offers a powerful, integrative somatic experience that supports the body’s natural capacity to heal. His work is grounded in the understanding that the body holds innate intelligence and can restore balance when given the right support.

His approach is rooted in advanced chiropractic knowledge—including the Gonstead Technique—and is complemented by somatic awareness, hands-on bodywork, and structural alignment. Drawing from principles inspired by Somatic Experiencing and Rolfing, sessions help regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and realign the body’s connective tissue and skeletal structure. This combination addresses both the root causes of stress and trauma as well as the physical patterns that contribute to pain and restriction.

He specializes in chronic conditions such as neck and back pain, hip dysfunction, and issues affecting the extremities (shoulders, arms, and legs), as well as muscular and joint tension, headaches and migraines, poor circulation, high blood pressure, and insomnia.

With 20 years of hands-on practice and teaching experience, Dr. Wehrman brings depth and precision to his work. He completed a two-year residency at the renowned Esalen Institute, where he trained in Esalen Massage, Soft Tissue Bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy.

Dr. Wehrman is a graduate of Life Chiropractic College West and practices with a focus on the Gonstead Technique, known for its specificity and effectiveness in chiropractic care.
